Angela and her team are FANTASTIC! Angela is so very knowledgeable of the Bellevue market that we received an offer on our house within 15 days of listing! She hired a staging team to come in as well as gave us a list of what things we needed to do to get the house “sale ready.”
In addition to the staging, Angela did her homework in preparing comparisons of the area houses that sold and were for sale that were similar to ours. She helped us decided what was a competitive but not too low price. She explained everything about the process and didn’t leave until all our questions were answered.
She also took amazing pictures and posted them all (over 20 pictures) everywhere on the internet. Angela and her administrative staff kept me up to date on entire process and answered all my questions and phone calls. I never felt like just another paycheck for Angela and her team!
