Kornelia Schmidt

Kornelia is a native of Germany who made Nebraska her home in 2000 after falling in love with the midwestern lifestyle while she was stationed at Offutt Air Force Base.

Her impressive background as a Military Paralegal, coupled with her experience working at Fortune 500 companies in Paraprofessional and Human Resources functions, played major roles in her journey leading her down the path to Real Estate.

As a Retired Air Force Veteran, Kornelia had the opportunity to personally experience all of the nuances associated with relocating from abroad, state to state PCS’s, as well as local moves. As a result, she knows all too well that purchasing a home can be both emotional and challenging, especially for first time buyers.

Kornelia’s dedication to providing outstanding customer service is apparent from the very first meeting. Her background in legal research lends to her profuse attention to detail and her ability to innately understand and explain each step of the process to each of her clients. Communication is very important to her, as she wants to ensure her clients truly understand all of the important factors to consider in order to make informed decisions, thus earning her the reputation as, “the epitome of a trusted advisor”.

When Kornelia isn’t working, she enjoys the outdoors and spending time with her three little dogs Bo, Kobe, and Oliver. You will frequently find her walking and riding the bike trails around the Omaha Metro, sitting in the Old Market (likely sipping a good glass of wine), or enjoying an outdoor concert such as Jazz on the Green with friends.
