Matt (Filipi) made the process smooth and easy on me from the get go. It was nice to be able to give him my ideas/desires for a house and know that he would find me options and take care of all the necessities for me. I didn’t have to wonder if he would get the job done; I knew it would get done, and get done properly. He did a great job of finding and showing me options that he knew would be legitimate interests. I knew Matt had great knowledge of the market and awareness of exactly what I was looking for in a home. In the end, we found the perfect place.
