- Somehow we needto convince husbands to believe the realtor (& wife) when we are told that the place needs to be impecable! The HGTV shows have really ruined it for sellers because buyers have no imagination left… they want perfection from the start. Fortunately Angela pushed us for that and we took an extra month + to get the house ready before she was willing to list it but it was really worth it as 3 days after listing we had 2 full price offers! (Way to know your stuff Angela!)
