Ring, Ring, It’s REALTOR® Ring Day!
Every year, we anticipate the start of the holiday season; it’s also REALTOR® Ring Day! This tradition has become a cherished part of our team’s calendar, and this year marks our 13th or maybe even our 14th time participating! On December 1, we set up camp at the Hobby Lobby on 173rd and Maple Street, armed with our smiles, Santa hats, and the unmistakable jingle of The Salvation Army bell and red kettle.
From Noon to 2:00 PM, you’ll find us there, spreading holiday cheer and collecting donations for those in need. The best part? We always have an absolute blast! We’d love to see familiar faces come by, add some cash to our bucket, and share the holiday spirit. So, please mark your calendars, and let’s make this REALTOR® Ring Day the most memorable one yet!
A Strike for Good: Toys for Tots Turkeybowl
But that’s not all we do to make a positive impact in our community. We also love to flex our muscles and roll some strikes for a good cause. The Toys for Tots Turkeybowl fundraiser, an annual event hosted by the Omaha Area Board of Realtors, is a fun-filled extravaganza where we swap our business suits for bowling shoes and aim for those coveted strikes.
The goal is simple yet heartwarming: collecting toys and funds to make the holidays brighter for children in need. Bowling may not be our usual forte, but we’re in it to win it – not for ourselves but for the smiles we can put on little faces. So, we turkey-bowl our way to generosity!
