Angela worked very hard for us in the sale of our home. We truly appreciated that she did not pressure us at all. She made recommendations, gave solicited advice, and showed us market comparisons of other houses similar to ours, but ultimately left the decision to us as far as pricing our home and when and how much to lower the price, etc.
She paid for home stagers to help us prepare our home for the market, and made a very
classy slideshow of our home that was posted on numerous websites. She was excellent at communicating to us exactly what she was doing to market our home and not afraid to try different marketing techniques. When an offer was made, she included a cover letter explaining our counteroffer that was instrumental in landing the sale. For the purchase:
I was on Angela’s mailing list and website for months looking at homes online and getting ideas of what we wanted before we had even put our home on the market. I loved that there was absolutely no pressure from her–no pesky emails trying to schedule appointments with us–until I contacted her for information. Once I made the inquiry, she was very quick to respond and upon meeting with her in person, my husband and I both knew that we would work very well with her and her team.
She was very prompt in returning our many phone calls and emails to her. It was the first home we had purchased in 14 years, so we were very particular about what we wanted, and Angela looked at houses tirelessly with us, never once complaining or pressuring us to do anything we were not comfortable with. We were very blessed to work with Angela in the purchase of our home.
